It’s a grim indication that congress, at least for GMA, is ONE.

Reading between the lines, PGMA bluntly referred to the Senate as her
“critics.” She told “congress” there will be “more work.”
I think one of those “works” is to try to get rid of the Senate.

The ninth SONA was also PGMA’s last. When she becomes prime minister
next year, SONA will be renamed Address the Nation on its State. Her
first.
